Overview
Kirtan is the heartbeat of our community—a joyful blend of live music, mantra meditation, and shared devotion. Every Friday night, Krishna Community Center comes alive with vibrant kirtan that welcomes everyone—whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.
The evening is immersive and uplifting: soulful melodies, rhythmic beats, and heartfelt chanting often inspire spontaneous dancing, smiles, tears and joy. It’s not only a meditative experience but also a lively celebration of community, connection, and spirituality in the heart of Grand Rapids.
After kirtan, stay for warm conversations and a free Vegetarian dinner with fellow seekers, bhakti practitioners, and curious, spiritually minded friends from diverse backgrounds. No prior knowledge is needed—just come as you are and be part of the sound, the energy, and the community.
